Whether it is for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or just a gathering of your loved ones, N’Joy Personal Chef Service will pull out all of the stops and create an evening of celebration to include delectable food, ambiance, and music in the comfort of your home. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your family and friends as you create memories for a lifetime. We can come the day before Thanksgiving and prepare your entire meal. You will only need to store and reheat. We are also available for full service on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve for an additional fee. The dinners feature a choice of entrée: Fillet of Beef with Stilton Butter and Candied Shallots, Prime Rib with Au Jus and Horseradish Cream, Honey-Bourbon Glazed Ham, Rosemary Herb Crusted Lamb Chops, Apple-Cider Brined Turkey, Cajun Fried Turkey, Roasted Salmon and Leeks in Phyllo Packets, Pork Tenderloin with Marsala Infused Mushrooms & Pan-Roasted Poussin with Wild Mushrooms, and Snap Peas. All Entrée Selections are served with Salad, Seasonal Vegetable, Appropriate Starch, Fresh Baked Rolls & Butter, Water, Coffee or Selection of Tea. The price of the dinner is dependent on the number of guests and the number of courses. The costs for a sit-down dinner for: (4) courses for: 3ppl= $420.00/ 4 ppl= $500.00/ 5ppl= $580.00/ 6ppl= $660.00/ 7ppl= $740.00/ 8ppl= $820; Price for (5) courses for: 3ppl=$470.00/ 4ppl= $550.00/ 5ppl=$630.00/ 6ppl=$710.00/ 7ppl= $790.00/ 8ppl= $870.00.
