We use only the highest quality ingredients when preparing your selections.  We use the choicest cuts of meat, fresh herbs and produce and combine this with cooking techniques and skills that allow the true taste of the food to shine through.

How our service works:

    • A free, no-obligation consultation is provided.  We will meet to discuss your event and the atmosphere you wish N’Joy Personal Chef Service to create for you and your guest(s).  During this time an assessment of the cooking area will be taken and you will be asked to provide information on any dietary and allergy restrictions, taste preferences and the service that will best suit your needs. 
       
    • Within 24 hours of the event, we shop for the freshest ingredients available and bring all of the equipment required to thoughtfully and carefully prepare your selections. Everything is prepared to your specifications, in the privacy of your home or selected facility. For safety reasons it is necessary that your kitchen be free from pets and/or people during the food preparation and set-up.
       
    • Your delicious meals are presented and served by either a server(s) or buffet style-your choice. 
       
    • We leave your kitchen as clean as it was before we came. The only evidence you will have that we have been in your home is the sheer bliss you and your guest will experience.
